I can provide personal training on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups to help you achieve your desired goals.

 

Do you want to lose weight? fit into that outfit for a special occasion? Tone your body? Or generally need more motivation? then Personal Training is for you.

 

Block can be bought were a progressive programme of exercise will be designed for your needs. Sessions can be held in your own home, at the Village Hall or in the great outdoors! Depending on the type of exercises in the session.

 

£25 per session,

£225 for 10 sessions,

£325 for 15 sessions,

£425 for 20 sessions.

Personal Pilates Sessions

 

I can offer a personal postural and lifestyle analysis, where we discuss your past fitness and activity levels and discuss and decide goals both short term and long term that you wish to achieve. 

 

From this analysis I can then write a 6 to 12 week personal programme to help you achieve these goals. You can either take the programme and work through it yourself or I offer personal training sessions where I will help you to work through the programme, ajusting when and where required to make sure you achieve your goals.

 

Sessions can be held in your own home or at the Village Hall.

 

£50 for Personal Postural and lifestyle analysis and the writing of a personal programme.

£25 per personal training session

£125 for 6 sessions,

£250 for 12 sessions.

Personal Training and 1-2-1 Sessions.
