Babies Welcome! a low impact fitness class, incorporating aerobic exercises to lift the heart rate, burning calories and gaining fitness, then toning exercises to tone and strengthen all the body, helping you to cope with a new life with a baby. Babies are included in some of the exercises which helps then to join in the fun!

New Mum Fitness Class

Pilates 9.45-10.45am

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in for all classes, trainers are required except for Pilates.

A water bottle and small towel are recommended.

Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginners to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. This is a holistic workout leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised as well as toned.
